Helloworld Travel in the terms and condition below refers to Helloworld Travel and Consultancy Inc.

•Check the Price per Person, Children Rates. Package price is per Person with a minimum number of vouchers to avail the promo rate. Different Rate for Single/Solo Package; Children below 11 years old maybe free, 50% , discounted or regular rate
•HOTELS/ROOMS, FLIGHTS, Tour AND Transfer Services ARE ALWAYS SUBJECT TO AVAILABILITY.
•Inclusive Airport and Tour Transfer Services are on a Seat-In-Coach basis on scheduled time for pick-up and drop-off .

A non-refundable and non-transferable full payment of the total package is required to process the reservation. Payment Method is via Bank Transfer (preferred), PayPal (Debit & Credit Card), Cash, Cheque. Your booking is not confirmed and payment is not deemed made until the payment is received. You will receive a txt &/or email notification upon receipt of payment. Your reservation will likewise be automatically cancelled if the payment required is not received within the required payment period. Cancellation charges applies. Price is guaranteed upon confirmation of booking not on the receipt of payment.
Your Air Arrangement is purchased from an Airline which is the contract between you and the airline. The Airline is responsible to provide the services you paid for. Helloworld Travel is neither responsible nor liable for any occurrences in rendering their service such as but not limited to flight changes, delays, cancellation. In the event of abnormal situation or changes either from you or from the airline, the airline has set of rules and policies to follow. It is best for you to directly contact the airline for speedy solutions. If in advance you need to re book, the ticket is valid and the first segment is not been used, we can assist you. Airline re booking fees usually applies.
You are not entitled to a refund for portions of trips missed due to canceled, rescheduled or delayed flights or if passenger is not permitted by the Immigration Consulate to travel after airport check-in. You are responsible for any additional expenses you may incur prior to joining your trip if you miss your departure or flight connection.
Passengers should confirm their flights with the airlines 24 to 72 hours prior to departure & check emails or keep their phone lines open for updates regarding flight schedules. Message Helloworld Travel for any flight changes for arrangements if needed on the following itineraries. Airline companies will directly contact the guests of any flight changes.
Contact the Airline directly for the Frequent Flyer Program. Our Airline Arrangement is exclusive of baggage allowance unless indicated/requested. Should you request an additional baggage, please request it at the time of reservation for a fee depending on the weight of the baggage. Otherwise you will have to pay it at the airport upon check-in.
The Hotels specified is not guaranteed. We reserve the right to substitute other hotels in place of the listed on the tickets, itinerary pages, voucher, promo package tour page. If a change becomes necessary for any reason, including alternate hotels for additional departures on the same date, or hotel location changes within or outside itinerary cities, the hotel substituted will be of equivalent or higher quality, when available, to those shown. No refunds are provided for hotel changes; full cancellation penalties may apply.
Security deposits or commonly known as Incidental charges may be collected by the Hotel upon check-in and please note that check-in times vary worldwide; We will try to arrange for early check in or late check out but charges may apply.
Itineraries are subject to change without prior notice. Sightseeing tours, Recreational Park visit and/or Famous Landmarks/Tourist Spot visits are provided by a separate service provider. In the event that a Tour operator is canceling a portion of your Travel Package, we will, at your request, try to obtain alternative arrangements, however, we will not be responsible for the performance of the Travel Supplier and/or for the reimbursement of money paid by you (and/or any incidental or consequential or other damages) if the Travel Supplier fails to perform its obligations. We accept no responsibility for information supplied to us by third parties.
During local or national holidays or special events, peak seasons, on Sundays, and during religious occasions, certain facilities such as museums, churches, restaurants, sightseeing tours, hotels, and shopping may be limited or not available. Alternatives will be offered whenever possible. We are not for any closures, necessary itinerary changes for any reason.
Tours are conducted based on group arrangements thus scheduled time of pick-up/drop-off is strictly observed and delays may be experienced.
Visas & Passports:
You are responsible for obtaining and paying for all visas and entry documents, for meeting all health and other requirements, and for any documents required by the laws, regulations, orders, and/or requirements of the countries you will visit. Visa and entry documents must be obtained independently. Helloworld Travel cannot accept liability for any passenger refused entry onto any transport or into any country due to failure of the passenger to carry correct documentation.
All passengers traveling internationally are required to have a passport. Passport must be valid for at least six (6) months beyond the conclusion of your trip. It is recommended you have a minimum of three blank pages in your passport when traveling, as many countries require blank pages. Multiple-entry visas are required for some destinations. It is your responsibility to verify all visa and passport requirements. The process of obtaining a visa and/or passport can take up to three months or more.
Helloworld Travel offers the services of Passport Processing but not be responsible in any manner for the delay on the part of the concerned office (DFA, Department of Foreign Affairs) in processing your passport.
Helloworld Travel assist in Visa processing but cannot guarantee approval and will not in any manner be liable or responsible for any delay in the processing or rejection of any visa applications, once the documents have been delivered for processing.
All rates are non-inclusive of government fees such as Philippine travel tax for international packages, international and domestic terminal fees set forth on selected airports and on some domestic airlines, environmental fees and other government fees implemented on selected destinations. You are responsible to pay for such charges/fees.
Fees associated during tours such as mandatory tipping fees, souvenir fees, and other tour associated fees are not included on all packages unless indicated. Helloworld Travel cannot be held liable for any collected/solicited fees during the tour not listed on the inclusions of the package sold. Any other fees or gratuities solicited from guests during the trip are of guest’s discretion.
E-TICKET, ITINERARIES AND VOUCHERS:
E-ticket, Itineraries and Vouchers are sent through email . Please review and verify immediately if your document/s, as it may not be possible to make changes later. Helloworld Travel will not be responsible for any liability for the inaccuracies of the entries in the purchased tour package documents.
If you are a government employee, you are required to secure a “Travel Order” from your Head Office or Office of the President before travelling abroad.
If you are a DOST Scholar, you need to secure a certification or a clearance from DOST before travelling abroad.
For expectant mothers or pregnant women, you must advise of the progress upon booking and at the time of check-in; pregnancy of 24 weeks to below 34 weeks need to secure a Fit-to-Travel clearance from the OB Gyne and need to fill-up the special handling form upon check-in. The airline does not accept the carraige of expectant mothers with age of gestation 34 weeks and beyond.
Travellers with Medical Condition; Persons with Disabilities and Persons with Reduced Mobility need to secure a fit-to-travel from attending physician and at least have an able person to accompany for travel.
Booking Cancellations & Cancellation Fees:
HELLOWORLD TRAVEL . reserves the right to cancel or reschedule any vacation departure for any reason, including insufficient demand or force majeure.
If a booking cancellation prior to the date of travel, is subject to cancellation fees.
In the event of natural phenomenon leading to cancellation of flights or trips into the preferred destination, guests may not be entitled to a refund but may be able to move their booking to a later date depending on Hotel/Pension/Resort room availability. Helloworld Travel’s only responsibility will be to try to rebook the same reservation with a different departure date, or a similar vacation but there is no guarantee of availability of offering. For air-inclusive packages, will try to confirm air schedules for the selected new dates, subject to availability. Helloworld Travel cannot assume responsibility for any additional costs or any fees relating to the issuance and/or cancellation of air tickets or other travel arrangements not made through Helloworld Travel.
Revisions and Revision Fees:
Necessary charges may apply per person for any revision made to the confirmed reservation unless the change increases the value of booking.
Name changes are strictly prohibited. Helloworld Travel is not responsible for incorrect passenger information (Name, Title, Age, Date of Birth and Passport Details) provided by the person who made the reservation.
Confirmed reservations are non-transferable, change to another name or destination are not permitted.
There are NO REFUNDS for unused transport, hotels and tours. In case you have to withdraw from tour after it has begun due to medical reasons, we regret that we will not be able to make any refund for absences from the tour.
For the benefit of everyone on your vacation, Helloworld Travel reserves the right to accept or reject any vacation participant and to remove any participant whose conduct is deemed incompatible with the interests of the other participants. Helloworld Travel will not refund or cover any cost or expenses incurred for termination of vacation arrangements due to unacceptable behavior.
Travelers Who Need Special Assistance On Tours (Disabled, Elderly, Expectant Mothers, etc):
You must report any disability requiring special attention Helloworld TRavel at the time the reservation is made. Helloworld Travel will make reasonable attempts to accommodate the special needs of travelers needing special assistance, but is not responsible in the event it is unable to do so nor responsible for any denial of services by air carriers, hotels, restaurants, or other independent suppliers. Helloworld Travel cannot provide individual assistance to a guest for walking, dining, getting on and off transport vehicles, or other personal needs. A qualified and physically able companion must accompany travelers who need such assistance. All travelers are subject to the Participation clause above.
Not all sightseeing stops/sites accommodate wheelchairs and some locations and sightseeing activities require extensive standing, sitting or walking, sometimes on unpaved or cobblestone streets. Helloworld Travel is not responsible for any missed activities due to a participant’s inability to participate with the group.
Travelers who are under 18 years old on the departure date must be declared upon reservation and should be accompanied by an adult (a parent or a guardian with financial support to the minor) all throughout the vacation. Otherwise, young traveler need to secure a Travel Clearance on own arrangement, and may call their respective Social Welfare office to secure such document.
Legal Guardians, Single parents or either of the parents accompanying the young traveler need to secure the proper documents needed for travel on own arrangement.
Young traveler discounts must apply at the time of purchase to receive the young traveler’s discount, the age of the young traveler entitled for discount differ per destination and must qualify at commencement of services depending on the travel package availed.
Infants less than sixteen (16) days old are not permitted to travel.
Please be aware that during your participation in vacations booked by Air You Go Travels Philippines Co., certain risks and dangers may arise beyond our control, including but not limited to: the hazards of traveling in undeveloped areas; travel by boat, train, automobile, aircraft, or other means of transportation; forces of nature; political unrest; acts of lawlessness or terrorism; and accident or illness in remote regions without means of rapid evacuation or medical facilities. Helloworld Travel. will not have liability regarding provision of medical care or the adequacy of any care that may be rendered. While Helloworld Travel will use its best efforts to ensure that adequate measures are taken, by agreeing to participate in a vacation and/or optional excursions you agree that you will hold Helloworld Travel harmless regarding any provision of medical care or the adequacy of any care rendered. Helloworld Travel is not responsible for such risks and dangers that may arise beyond our control. Payment indicates you accept these risks and dangers and agree to hold Helloworld Travel harmless and free of any liability for such.
Optional Excursions & Activities:
Helloworld Travel will not beat all liable or responsible for Optional activities and excursions (“the Services”) that are provided by local operators or other third parties that are entirely independent and do not form any part of the product or services purchase from Helloworld Travel or of these Terms & Conditions, even where suggested. Your contract for such Services will be with the organizer or operator of that Service and will be subject to its Terms & Conditions, which may contain exclusions or limitations of liability.
Any advice or assistance on or with any Service provided by any local representative does not mean or imply that the Service is sold, supervised, or controlled by Helloworld Travel. Vacation participants are asked to check with the operator of any optional activity or excursion and the applicable Terms & Conditions before booking. For operational reasons, not all optional excursions listed in the tour itinerary, published online or in travel documents may be available during your vacation.
Any intent of availing an optional activity or excursion to be/have been booked separately from Helloworld Travel should be stated or declared so that the best time to have them can be advised. Itineraries provided by Helloworld Travel are always subject to necessary changes because of factors such as but not limited to lesser number of persons required to run the tour, cancellations, bad weather, force majeure, labor strikes, etc. These changes may affect other tours and excursions separately booked without the knowledge of Helloworld Travel . Any liabilities whatsoever shall not be made imposable upon Helloworld Travel in the event that guests will not be able to advise us of their intent to book other optional activities or excursions.
Helloworld Travel is an independent company licensed by SEC to market and distribute travel products and arrange for the vacation services offered on this web site or on any social media. Helloworld Travel makes arrangements with third-party vendors for tour and package services and accommodations, including but not limited to air transportation, lodging, and car rental (each a “Travel Supplier”). All certificates and other travel documents for services issued by Helloworld Travel are subject to the Terms & Conditions specified by the supplier, which are available upon request, and to the laws of the countries in which the services are supplied. By using our services, the customer waives any claim against Helloworld Travel, its subsidiaries or affiliates, and any of such party’s officers, directors, agents, contractors, or employees, and expressly agrees that neither Helloworld Travel nor any of its subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, directors, agents, contractors or employees, shall be held liable for:
a) Any loss of or damage to property or injury to any person caused by reason of any defect, negligence, or other wrongful act of omission of, or any failure of performance of any kind by any other transportation company, vendor, or supplier;
b) Any inconvenience, loss of enjoyment, mental distress or other similar matter;
c) Any delayed departure, missed connections, substitutions of accommodations, terminations of service, or changes in fares and rates;
d) Any cancellation, wrong or double booking of reservations or tickets beyond the reasonable control of Helloworld Travel;
e) Any claim of any nature arising out of or in connection with air or other transportation, services, or other features performed or occurring in connection with any package component
